Covent Garden was a model home in the Horizon Parade of Homes about 20 years ago.
This home was the first Smart House in the area (before Bluetooth).
Every switch and outlet was wired to a bank of computers and switches in the basement.
Covent Garden was also the first home in the area with a Geothermal Smart Energy Heating and Cooling system.
The home has a first floor master with an open floor plan, leading the first floor master bedroom designs at that time.
